Participant Services Manager

The role of Participant Services Manager will oversee the smooth and efficient management of Thorndale's residential accommodation houses and Leisure, Living and Life Skills (LLL) Service under the NDIS.  We believe our ideal candidate will possess:

A thorough understanding and knowledge of the NDIS and NDIA Framework and it's applicant and impact on participants through the delivery of service
The ability to contribute to strategic planning processes to deliver the framework to achieve Thorndale's mission, vision and objectives and ensure the long-term success of Thorndale
The ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
At attention to detail and experience with compliance with Quality Assurance and Policies and Procedures
Networking skills in order to participate and present Thorndale at regular forums and meetings as required
Staffing management experience including overseeing and managing direct reports and formulating KPIs on an annual basis to agree objectives and identify training needs; and
A clear understanding of financial reports and functions including balance sheets, P&L, cash-flow and budgets.
